West Michigan Bridal Shows & Open Houses 2026

Bridal shows can be a great way to encounter new vendors, get inspiration for your wedding, or fill slots in your wedding day roster! You can meet everyone from a dentist to a live painter to a florist (or your friendly neighborhood wedding videographer)... Often, vendors will offer exclusive Bridal Show discounts that you can’t get everywhere else, so it can also help you get the best bang for your buck! Each bridal show will have a unique cast of wedding vendors to explore, each with their own deals, door prizes, and services to offer. You can certainly get a good start attending just one, but there may be a perfect vendor for you at the next show! It doesn’t hurt to go to a couple, or even a few! Below is a list of our favorite shows in the Grand Rapids area, including links to their website to find out scheduling.

Big Bridal Shows in Downtown Grand Rapids

If you’ve read our ultimate guide to bridal shows, you know that big shows offer the highest number of unique vendors, as well as showcasing multiple vendors of the same type. These shows are excellent for getting a lot of info from a lot of different vendors, but may not provide as much one-on-one time for Q&A.

The Grand Rapids Bridal Show

Arguably the biggest name in bridal shows for GR, if not for all of west Michigan, the show sponsored by Bunny Tuxedos is truly massive, featuring more than 100 vendors (including yours truly) and a fashion show to give you an in-person view of wedding day styles from wedding gowns to tuxedos to bridesmaid dresses! They always have food and drinks available, as well as free samples from many caterers and bakers. We like to go to this show on an empty stomach 😉 Read more about them here! Planning a 2026 wedding? A Grand Rapids Wedding Affair

Hosted by a major name in wedding inspo: Nearlywed, this is Michigan’s Most Elegant Bridal Show. Featuring the gorgeous architecture of the Grand Rapids Public Museum along the Grand River, it’d be impossible to be anything but elegant! This event brings together top-tier wedding vendors, offering a blend of sophistication and style. This year's affair, which btw is one of the only area bridal events which takes place in the evening, is going down January 16th. Snag your ticket here!

The Bridal Show of West Michigan

These events, held twice yearly by Kohler expos, feature over 100 vendors, and the January show even includes an on-site tent display! They'll be hosting their winter wedding showcase on January 24. This expo also includes a fashion show to dazzle you with the latest in wedding-wear. You can find out more at their website.

Smaller Grand Rapids Wedding Expos & Venue Open Houses

Grand Rapids venues love hosting their own bridal events — from wedding expos to full-on open houses! These gatherings are more intimate than the big shows, with hand-picked vendors the venue already knows and trusts. Never been to one? Check out our guide to learn more! It’s the perfect chance to explore a space you’re considering, see it styled for a celebration, and enjoy plenty of one-on-one time with local pros who can help bring your vision to life. If there’s a venue you’re curious about, be sure to ask if they have an open house coming up!

The Revel Center Open House

This elegant and timeless Grand Rapids venue is hosting their open house this January, and this year, they're bringing the best of their preferred vendor list along for the ride (including your friendly neighborhood wedding videographer!). They'll be hosting their open house over two nights, one for already booked couples, and one exclusively for new bookings. The event will host exclusive discounts, the best of the best vendor partners, and FREE sips and snacks! We'll include a picture of past years' spread to inspire you! We can say from personal experience that this is one mouth-watering open house you won't want to miss 🤤

The team recommends RSVP'ing before the event to make sure you secure your spot! Space is limited. They also welcome all wedding decision-makers to join, so bring mom, MOH, fiance, and anybody else who can help you say "YES" to your wedding vendors! Existing couples can RSVP here. The 1530 Wedding Venue Open House

This Valentine's Day, grab your sweetheart and enjoy free drinks, hors d'oeuvres, and a chance to get $1000 off your dream venue rental! The Downtown Market Showcase

Discover the elegant greenhouse venue options hosted by the Downtown Market! With a romantic view of the skyline and 131, surrounded by lush plant life, you're sure to fall in love with this venue. This year's event is taking place February 28th! Keep an eye on their website to learn more.

Studio D2D VIP Open House

With two venues available within the historic 401 Hall St building, and built-in services like a house DJ, Studio D2D is an excellent venue to tour! Their open house this year is scheduled for March 7! We usually have a booth, so make sure to stop by and say hey. Keep an eye on their website for more info!

The Harris Building Exclusive Open House

A staple in the Grand Rapids skyline, the Harris Building is hard to miss! The interior is just as charming, and they have multiple options for hosting your dream date. Past open houses have featured catering, decor and floral showcases, their bar setup, a dessert station, and more. Keep an eye on their website to learn more!

The Goei Center A Match Made in March Tour Event

The lovely Goei Center will host their annual Open House on March 1st this year. They're offering complimentary champagne, and they'll even have a professional photographer on-site to capture couple photos. Keep an eye on their website for this year's events and to learn more!

Events Outside of West Michigan
